31 foot Express Cruiser with swim deck very nice boat selling due to health. 2014 we had the entire boat serviced, gasgenerator, both engines, windlass,bottom job, electrical,installed a $1500.00 Lowrance depth & fish finder for safe boating when lakes get low. This boat has all the extra's, spotlight, ice maker, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, hot water heater, 16,000 btu AC/ Heating system, Sleeps 4 adults, water heater, electric head, inboard/ outboard twin 350 engines, dual props, Battery charger triple 10 amp, pressure water system. Boat is slipped in covered dock at Walnut CreekMarina Lake Texoma Texas. The is some minor wear on seats as with any used boat, scratch on fiberglass hull nothing that a good wax job should take care of. Bridge enclosure needs some repair.
