Foot pedal flush no hand pump works great.Central A/C BLOWS COLD Remote Control fora/c and tv. NEW Camper Shell with crystal clear esinglass. All in excellent condition. New Bilge pump in rear. New Raw water pump on port engine. Both engines run at 150 to 170 degrees. Oil Pressure 80 on both engines. Transmissions shift easy and quite.New Distributor pick up on port engine with a new coil and cap. New Distributorpick up and coil on Starboard engine. Upholstery in rear has some cracks in the rear bench seats left and right ones. Carpet downstairs in very good condition and clean. Windless front anchor works great. 228 gallon gas tank one tank for both motors. 125 gallon fresh water tank it does need a new pump though. 8500 watt kohler built in generator runs everything with no load problems and is VERY VERY QUITE.Aft cabin sleeping bed for two. Two sofas downstairs, Clean TitleNow the badThe port engine sometimes cuts off when you throttle down to idle after running it for a while. It doesn't always do it I am not a mechanic. You will need to check it out.Also no kitchen table downstairs or upstairs in the cockpit. There is a place for them to go if you want to add.As with any boat this age there will be regular maintenance to do and cosmetic issues to address. The reason I am selling it is that it is too big for my wife and I;s need.
