Here is a very clean, low hour 2000 Chris Craft 262 deck boat with plenty of space and power for entertaining and water sports. This deck boat provides the best of both worlds with the space and stability of a pontoon boat and the performance and speed of a runabout.

Power

Shes powered by a 5.7 Liter Volvo V-8 with only 278 hours. The engine and outdrive have been tested and are in good running order. It is also equipped with dual gel batteries with a switch, battery charger, and a computerized bilge pump.

Deck

The deck area is very spacious with loads of seating. All of the upholstery is in excellent condition. The aft most seat has a small repair but shows very well. There is a wet well in the bow area as well as a ski locker and fender locker built into the mid deck area. There is plenty of storage space under most seats cushions and inside of the helm unit accessible via a separate door. There both forward and aft telescoping stainless steel swim ladders and transom showers as well as a deck sink and cooler holder. There are also two bimini tops and a full mooring cover included. The capatins chairs are both swivel/bolster style for added leg room when standing at the helm. The enclosed head has a sink with pressure fresh water and a plumbed porta-potti.

Hull

The hull has a nice luster and is in very nice condition. The bottom is very clean and has never been bottom painted. A clean unpainted hull can allow as much as a five mile per hour speed increase over painted hulls and improve fuel consumption. The stripe has a few touch ups but shows well.

Transport

The trailer in the photos is a brand new Aluminum tri-axle with disc brakes and stainless steel hardware. Since not all buyers require a trailer, it is for sale to the auction winner for dealer cost of $4400.00.
