The reason she's for sale is that I just can't find the time to wrap her up, between maintaining our 50ft. live aboard and some physical/medical issues.
I have done the hardest, most time consuming and most expensive work on this boat. I have $4400.00 in the engine alone. I have all my receipts, and that from the previous owner. The entire exterior has been taken down to bare wood. The hulls topside has been wooded out, refastened, plank edges beveled, and painted with Interlux Topside paint. The bottom has had all the build up of bottom paint removed and has been lightly sanded. Thru- hulls should be re-bedded in caulk at time bottom painting. Most of the cabin interior has been sanded bare. Galley counter has been removed, I planned to make a new spruce counter, like the original. The dinette converts to a bed. and the starboard side bench back cushion flips up to make two bunks. The head area is in the bow. Boat has been in dry storage since hauled out for restoration in 2002. She is currently sheltered at a local boatyard and the shelter is included. The boat can stay in the boatyard as long as you wish, they rent space on a month to month basis, and you'll have to arranged this with the yard owners. There is no trailer, but this boatyard also has a boat hauling service.I've tried to cover the most important things here, but I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.
