Condition is Used. we bought this boat as a project and we basically just use it to sleep on. it is located at Lake of the Ozarks in Gravois Mills Missouri. the engine have not been started for a few years. They are winterized twin 454 Crusaders and would take a little bit of work to get going again but they are good engines. No generator, two air conditioners with digital climate controls, new carpet, bedroom in the rear has a twin bed and a full bed the living room kitchen area has a futon that turns into a bed and there is a bedroom in the front. It has two bathrooms. Stove oven refrigerator and microwave the boat has a big deck on top and a big flybridge. The boat is 40 ft long and 14 ft wide. We have been working on this project for about a year but we found another boat that we just bought and cannot afford to pay rent on two slips at the marina. The boat has a lot of potential and could be really nice if someone wanted to finish the project these sell for around $30,000. The boat is sold as is where is.
