Needs engine. Has mercruiser 5.7 350 installed (engine is blown)Have 2 sei 106 complete outdrive assys however one the upper makes noise and the other has a crack in the lower put them together and you got 1 good drive. Hull in great shape. Been out of water, shrink wrapped an on trailer 3 years.
