1961 36 foot Chris Craft Constellation

This is a great old boat. It is 58 years old and has a lot ofsoul. It is the classic wood interior ChrisCraft. I bought it three years ago inWalnut Grove, and brought it down the SacramentoRiver across the Bay and up the Petaluma River to Petaluma. It took about 7 hours and it did great. Coming thru theCarquinez Strait, otherboats were being tossed around, but this old wood girl cut right thru the bigwaves with no issue. I bought this boat to restore it, and I have done almostnothing to it, which is why I am giving it up.It needs someone that has the time to fix it up. This boat has the potential to easily be a$100,000 boat with the right owner. Theengines are two 350 old school gas motors, easy to work on if you are amechanic. Very easy to get to. I pulledit out of the water last year, had the hull repainted and sealed while it wasout. It is in good shape. Electrical system has some challenges and blowsfuses occasionally.

It is ina slip at the Petaluma Marina.I have not had it running in abouta year, but I will pay the slip fee for two months after the sale to givesomeone time to work on it before they have to move it.You would of course have the option ofkeeping it in the Petaluma Marina.From thePetaluma Marina you can get to the bay area, giving you the option of going toSan Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, Oakland, or out under the Golden Gate intothe Ocean.It has a couch that converts intobunk beds, as well as a large sleeping area,a microwave, a frig, a sink, cabs, a kitchen table, car stero althoughspeakers are not great,a bathroom butthe toylett is a portable not hooked into the system.I have a very low minimum becauseI have to sell it due to other projects that are taking my time.The buy-it-now price is an excellent pricefor this boat.Look around, you will notfind one in this shape for anywhere near this amount of money.If interested bid or ask aquestion.
