The boat is currently anchored on a mooring in Hollywood Beach, Florida. When you buy the boat you will also get the mooring so you can keep it here for free. Recently, the mooring held through 2 hurricanes (Irwin and Jose) with no problem. The boat hull is solid with new zincs put on and the bottom is scrubbed regularly. The boat hasn't been bottom painted in the 2 years that I have owned it because I pay to scrub the barnacles $50 per month to a diver. The boat has new bilge pumps and a solar panel. So if you buy the boat and live far away you can be rest assured it will keep floating. The History:I bought this boat and I had a guy fixing it up while he used it as a live aboard. Unfortunately, we discontinued our arrangement. Would be a good boat for a live aboard. The engines are 2 inboard mercruisers gasoline engines. I am not sure of the condition of the engines but for sure they are not in great condition. However, when I boat the boat 2 years ago they start up fine. I just purchased the boat to do a live aboard so I never maintained them. Also, there is also an outboard bracket on the teak dive platform in the back. So you can add an outboard to the back as well. The boat needs a good cleaning and the the interior needs to be done but that is expected on an older boat anyway.A video walk through of the boat can be seen here:https://youtu.be/DgYBSdfcczA
