This is an auction sale of one Chris Craft Lancer, 23 foot, full inboard, boat with closed cooling system and the original 327 GM V8, flywheel forward, high performance engine. The casting number on the engine block is the same as for the 327 Corvette engine of 1972. The VIN number is ORA230109.The boat is in good order (see photos) and the engine starts easily and runs well. engine is quiet and has good oil pressure. I do not know what the total hours on the engine is. With minor attention to some detailing, this boat will be a show boat. The canvas is excellent as are the clear side curtains. I have lost my energy for boating and want to see this boat go to a good home. It is a good example of a collectable classic. I have a low minimum bid and no reserve.
