Up for auction is a 30' 1984 Chris Craft with trailer. We have owned this girl for 3 years and always enjoyed the quality, sound and fun times we've shared and the Chris Craft is notorious for. We have kept her maintained and clean the whole time we have owned her. We fixed issues that have arouse and updated a few items. When we purchased her both engines were cracked due to freezing. I picked up a couple of used engines and installed along with 2 new exhaust manifolds and gasket sets. I installed 2-new electronicdistributors, port engine starter, synchronizer, 2-ignition switches on the bridge at the end of the 2016 season. We installed a good used air/heat unit in 2015 along with a new cal-circulation pump & digital thermostat and also 2 interstate batteries. There are 2-balanced props, repacked shafts and rudder stuffing boxes in 2016. As you can see from the pics she has the prestigious lines of a Chris, and it handles and rides very well. She comes with 5 fenders w/quick lock anchors, 2-30 amp cords, 1-marine water hose, 4 dock line shock absorbers, a ton of dock lines and misc. parts. Also included is a spare heating/air unit. There is a Danford anchorw/100' line. AM/FM/CD player, train horns, Thetford electric pump out toilet, 25 gallon fresh water, 125 gallon fuel tank, Bennett trim tabs w/ upper & lower controls, hydraulic steering, bimini top/bridge lower cockpit enclosure, dual battery switches. In Spring of 2016 built a custom fit trailer which pulls very well with a 3/4 ton truck. Approximated weight is 10,000 w/trailer. 2 newer FM marine radios upper and lower helm. I know there are items I have forgot to mention but she's a big boat with lots of amenities. a big thing is head room. If your a taller person like me(6'2) you wont have to duck down when you walk down into the galley. There isplentyroom. Couch converts to bunk beds along with a nice sized v-berth and dining room table folds down to a double bed. Cushions are in very good condition. We have enjoyed this boat and logged in a lot of fun trips with her but the reason we are selling her is because our family is expanding (we are now going on 7 grandkids) that have tons of energy (more like little spider monkeys. lol) and we are looking for something that is going to be easy on, easy off and child proof like a pontoon or deck boat. Now to get to some specifics. As I said the engines are used and they are showing signs of being tired. There is some oil consumption & port engine has a tick but I would not be afraid to take off on a trip with her. I have located marine engines in Chicago @ $1500 a piece and that's a good buy. The main thing is this beautiful girl has a lot of life in her. It does have Velvet drive transmissions which I have serviced every year and she has been winterized every yearand stored indoors. So, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us before auction's end. We are happy to answer any and all questions. We are trying are best to give you all the details on this boat but we know we have left things out so please, again, don't be afraid to ask. We are honest people that just want to find a good home for a boat that has taken such good care of us. Everything is being sold as is... no warranties implied or expressed. Also grill, flag and bar of soap in the bathroom stays. Good luck and happy bidding.
