37' CHRIS CRAFT CATALINA 2 NEW ENGINES / 2 CABINS / 2 BERTHS/ 2 HELMS

1988 37 Chris Craft 372 Catalina Motor Yacht with both interior and exterior helms. Very comfortable cruising boat and a great live-aboard if you are inclined. Very spacious with a well-lit layout and lots of natural light, It has two cabins/staterooms and two heads which includes a large aft cabin with ensuite shower and full head. Also a spacious forward cabin with a full head next door. Boosts a nice open salon with new carpet and flooring in the galley. We've also just installed new zinks as well. The galley has a 3-burner electric stove, fridge/freezer, and double sink. The generator has low hours and runs great. We've bought and installed new 8D house batteries last year. The engines are new Crusader 350 and have under 40 hours on them. The boat is currently at Elliott Bay Marina near Magnolia.This is a perfectly spacious Family Cruiser that would also be great as a live aboard.
