1987 Chris Craft Catalina 426 Live Aboard Flybridge

1987 Chris Craft Catalina 426 up for auction. Boat was used as a live aboard in lake st Clair and has always been used in freshwater thru it's life.List of equipment-newer 20 gallon whal hot water tank-new black water holding tank-two 80 gallon fresh water tanks-two 150 gallon main fuel tanks (starboard has hole and empty) port is full- one 100 gallon auxiliary fuel tank (full)-three air conditioning/heating units (all supplied by a new march water pump. (Controller needs new parts currently not running)-100 amp panel (2 50 amp shore power cords are included and splitter)- two new dialawatt electric heaters (one in v birth and second in salon)-full size ge fridge (currently not getting cold)- convection microwave (currently not working)-Three burner princess stove with oven (currently only two burners work)-old electronics including depth finder, radar, fish finder (all need to be upgraded)-two separate Flybridge glass (one solid and one clear both in good condition)-800lb boat lift on top of aft deck (working)- windlass anchor winch (working)-4th air-conditioner in aft deck (condition unknown)- mini fridge in aft deck (working)Boat was set up to live aboard even thru Michigan winters. Motors and drives work. Engines are 454 crusaders model 350's with appropriately 1200 hours. This boat needs cosmetic work. The back aft was added by the old owner and needs most of the attention. All hardware or parts that are not fixed on the boat are included and nothing is missing. Currently exterior trim is off, and hardware for painting.
