Up for sale is a 1953 20 ft. Chris Craft Riviera. Hull number R2073. The history of this boat: It was Restored with 5200 bottom in 2008
and then an additional extensive professional restoration in 2010 by
Hans Mikaitis of Master Shipwrights, Inc. of Atlantic Highlands NJ.
Engine rebuilt 2015. The engine is a Hercules Flat 6 - last ran in 2016
BUT This boat does need some work and restoration having gotten some
damage when it was stored on the property (out of the water) a couple
of winters ago when snow caved in on it. Last in the water in 2016. Interior is in great shape (most of it stored in doors) and we also have the windshield and stern light pole too.
Rare and highly sought after 20ft version of the Riviera, not the more common 18 footerSale includes the 2008 Venture heavy duty trailer that it is currently sitting on. Requesting.. $18,995. Open to offers.. ( within reason please - we are not giving it away - and the damage is NOT as bad as originally thought)
Damage that we can see thru pics, etc::::
Hatch is pushed down and opens. But the hinge needs to be reset. Originally, the owner thought the hatch was not opening - but, just the hinge is the problem.
On the deck where it meets the side is pushed down - deck is depressed - possibly replace a few boards.
Top/deck - boat does need to be sanded and varnished
I added some pics - and I am happy to send more too - contact me.
The engine has brown paint on it - not rust.
Boat is located in Oceanport, NJ. at the owners home. The picture of the boat out of the water with the cover on it is what it looks like presently. The other pics were of the boat over the past few years. Pics of damage on here too. My name is Greg and I am representing the owner for this sale.
Thanks
