Checkmate Sportfire I/O

This 1987 Checkmate sportfire I/O is in incredible condition, a real rarity for the style and age of the boat! Gelcoat is all original, and was ceramic coated in 2022. Interior is original as well, it has some cracking on the pleats on the back seat and shows signs of general wear and tear, but there are no rips or holes. Engine is the original 4.3L 185, but was upgraded with a 4bbl Rochester carbeurator and new exhaust manifolds, so it is the equivalent of the optional 205 hp motor originally marketed for the boat. All dash gauges work and are accurate, as well as bilge pump, blower and running lights. Boat comes with a bunch of extras, including life jackets, bumbers, dock lines, 2 anchors with Rhodes, sun shade, Portalet, Bluetooth courtesy lights and Bluetooth speaker. Engine and outdrive have both been professio ally serviced recently, and boat was professionally winterized and shrinkwrapped last week. Boat comes with a trailer that is road ready. All lights work and bearings were just greased.All told, the boat is in incredible shape,
