Chaparral 246 SSI

It features the powder coated Velocity tower which gives a second, raised tow point for improved water sports and a nice spot for the all around light. It's also equipped with a great stereo system that Bluetooth links to your phone for limitless music. Many more options via the Deluxe Package. This boat is 24 and 1/2 feet long which will help with the ride and it has a head. As a "used" boat it couldn't be newer, I took delivery this past June and put only 19 hours on it (my situation changed right after purchase). This has the 300 hp Volvo Penta GEN 5 engine which is more powerful and more fuel efficient than all that came before it. This new generation engine only became available THIS model year so a 2015 or older will not have it (some manufacturers it will be 2017 models before they have it). The best part is the closed cooling which makes winterization as easy as it is with a 4 stroke outboard (which doesn't get any easier). Local dealers are now ordering many boats with the Gen V 6 cyl 280HP because that one equals the old 300 HP. Performance on this one seems similar to the prior year's 350 HP. You'll see that Gen 5 is a big deal. You will not only get the balance of the 5 year full warranty but also the lifetime hull warranty from Chaparral. I will cover the transfer fee so you get both. The original MSRP is over $87000. Current NADA value with options is over $68930 (that's the NADA high retail that only dealers see - this boat more than qualifies for high retail).
