Chaparral 235 SSI

Up for sale is my 2002 Chaparral 2002 SSI. We've owned for 3 seasons and we have maintained and loved it since.Less than 200 hrs on boat. We have performed the following maintenance in the last 3 years:-Replaced all bellows and shift cable-Changed the steering pin with the stainless steel version-Rebuilt the gimbal ring to eliminate slop in steering (prev. owner left in dock with outboard swinging, so it wore it out).-Added vinyl wrap to the sides of hull.-Oil changes and fuel filters changed every season.-Added Swimdeck platform ($3K) for added protection for kiddo's and real estate.-Changed stereo for new JVC bluetooth with 50 RMS per speaker.Mechanically working good. Good batteries. Haven't had any issues in last 3 years. Always fresh water boat. It's an awesome deal for the reserve! cheapest out there!Check this brochure from the 2002 Chaparral line up. Easy repair ($200-$300 depending on where you live, unfortunately, Wichita does not have good repair guys!).-Cabin door needs latch lock repaired.-Bottom hull has a scrapes on starboard side and a previous repair patch where paint has come off on port side. No structural damage, no leaks or water seeping into fiberglass, just cosmetic. I've been quoted $1K to repair and paint complete bottom, so I am reducing price of boat by $1K(Selling locally for $14,900)-Typical instrument gage panel corrosion ($100 dllr part to replace new).-Bravo 3 propeller has a few small dents.Other than that, boat is sound in current great working condition.$500 deposit due within 48 hrs of purchase.Title on hand.
