For Sale: 1930SST Chaparral Bowrider 1995 (30th Anniversary Addition)

Chaparral:

1930 SS Chaparral with 350 V8 Chevy motor (5.7 liter), 8-Person bowrider.

Main cabin floor replaced, along with stringers and addition of new frame system, floatation foam, floor plywood (pictures available).

All seat bases replaced with epoxy coated marine ply.

All lockers, hull interior and main cabin floor rolled with epoxy.

New Bimini and cover.

New marine carpet.

10 cup holders and three built-in coolers are useful.

Engine:

Small Block Chevy 350 V8, flat tappet cam version. High-lift cam (300+ HP).

Engine has 90 hours from replacement with remanufactured unit.

No fault conditions currently known.

Engine has high-lift cam (slightly Lopey range), valve springs upgrade and Edelbrock Performer intake manifold for +50 HP from stock approximately 300-310 HP.

Engine also has new fresh water cooling upgrade, new cooling pump, new exhaust manifolds and risers and new distributor, coil and leads, new sea water pump, all new hoses and Rochester 4-barrel with electric choke (all with 90 hours).

Original starting motor, alternator and tin. New (used) power steering oil pump).

60 psi oil pressure at idle (high volume oil pump).

Yamaha stern drive unit:

New shift cable, drive bellows and exhaust bellows.

Trailer:

Galvanized steel trailer has all new hardware, electrical cables/lights, new EZ lube hubs, new springs, EZ lube spring bolts and radial tires.

Vinyl:

All requires replacement. Some of the plywood forms under the vinyl will likely need templating and replacing.

Spares (if wanted):

Spare set of heads from same year series sbc 350 motor (fit not tested, current engine has not been disassembled from new). Spare heads are disassembled and all parts in separate bags per cylinder. Needs new valve guide oil seals and one valve damaged by prior leaking exhaust manifold.

Spare V8 Block condition not tested.
