Only Shows 400 hours on original gauges.Dry stored for many years with recent overhaul and restoration.6 New Coats of Marine Varnish. Great looking Mahoganyand Oak inlays on bow.Seats recovered in original material. 6 original floating seat cushions included but not pictured.Chrome and stainless are in great shape with no pitting.Rubber steps are clean and neat.All lights work. Even the Cigarette lighter works.Bottom seams cleaned and filled with new Marine Filler.New Bottom Paint.Includes like new 2014 galvanized trailer.All required safety equipment included.Ready for the water now. first, very nice boat. I first became aware of this make and model of boat 2 weeks ago as I am looking to by a vintage boat of this nature. This is the one I came across 2 weeks ago: https://www.boattrader.com/boat/1961-century-resorter-18-7213888/
This boat is in Florida, as am I currently, but I grew up in Webster (no way). My parents and my brother Norm as still in the area. As for your boat, I've seen it listed in a couple places (http://www.antiqueboatamerica.com/Boat/16_Feet_1952_Century_Resorter_39951). I'm guessing the $9,900 is the more recent listing. Do you still have it? If so, could I send over my brother and/or mom to have a look at it? Next, do you have any other advise for me as I look to purchase one of these old boats?
