1958 Century Coronado 21' This classic runabout was lovingly restored by Al Fink, former President of theCentury Boat Club. "Restored" is really the wrong word... It wasremanufactured! Every piece of wood was removed, copied or crafter, then replaced - white oak & and mahogany; all chrome wasre-chromed; allupholstery was custom manufactured for this boat; all instruments were sent out for full restoration; all wiring is new; the engine was completely rebuilt along with bothcarburetors; 17 coats of varnish provide uncommon depth to the finish. Fiberglass bottom installed over wood androuted perfectly for ease of use. This boat was never in water following the restoration. It is a close to a new 1958 Century Coronado 21' you can get without a time machine. The trailer, however, is a much newer 2001 custom-manufactured DHM built specific for this boat.Al (my father) died last year and this boat is the last of many in his collection to be offered for sale. This is an estate sale item.Imagine yourself cruising the crystal clear waters ofLake Tahoe in this iconic woody or towing four or fiveskiers on your favorite lake. Wakeboarders: ever seen the mountainous wakes a wood boat leaves? Please... no fat sack ballast needed here. You cansurfthese wakes with no special equipment.
