You are bidding on a1975CENTURY ARABIAN 200CLASSIC V-DRIVE INBOARD SKI BOATIf you are reading this listing, you may know about Century boats along with many of the other inboard ski boat manufacturers. Such names as Chris Craft, Correct Craft or Mastercraft. Chris Craft, Century and Correct Craft were wood boat builders prior to the 70's and changed over to fiberglass in the late 60's. Century carried on with a very wood boat look into the 90's, but all glass. The hardware used on these Century boats was all stainless steel or Chrome plated brass. The Arabian 200 was know as a "Gentleman's Ski Boat" and featured lots of chrome and power.If you are seriously considering owning one of these fiberglass wood composite boats, remember the core material is still "wood" framing and they were not built all that great! Beware of an "all original", "barn find" "ready to go" Inboard boat, because it will need work. A soft spot in the floor means trouble! If it's soft, the spot will be much larger than you could ever imagine and will need inner structural repair/restoration too. This Arabian was no different till now.COMPLETE WATER READY RESTORATION.Hull was stripped down inside to bare fiberglass.New "FULL LENGTH" Stringers installed.Completely fiberglass into hull and new transom.We added additional glass mat to inside hull running surface for stiffing.Replaced all old floatation foam with new 2# marine foam.New floor.New seat frames.All custom made upholstery with new foam, marine vinyl, thread and stainless steel staples.New marine carpet.Custom made towable cover.Custom built tandem axle trailer with brakes. Trailer features all LED lighting, prop guard, new tires/wheels, satin black finish and striped too match boat hull.440 Chrysler engine is original with 500 hours. Compression is 135 psi all 8 cylinders. Correct Carter AFB carb, electronic marine distributor, new water pump impellers and hoses.If you have always wanted a Classic Inboard boat,"Woodie" or glass, this is your opportunity. This Century Arabian will give the new owner years of safe, reliable enjoyment with minimal maintenance.I own several Century Boats including a show winning 1958 Resorter.
