This is a 1976 Century 7000 27 Cuddy Cabin, with a tandem axle trailer. It needs to be restored, but is a good starting point. The engine compartment is the only area that I can find any wood rot. The interior feels very solid. The cabin has a bathroom, kitchenette and table/bed. It has a MerCruiser 260 (Chevy 350 Gen 1) V-8, and outboard drive. The tires on the trailer are in bad shape.
