This boatproject has come to a halt for me. I sold the land where this project is located. Need to clear itemsout ASAP. Purchased boat several years ago. Boat was used on Lake Erie.Lapstrake type. This is a hull only. Performed a complete exterior"west epoxy" system to hull. Hull is very close to paint stage. Hullhas been garaged at all times. Included is a 70 HP mercury motor. I have never had it running however, I was told that the engine was in working condition when I purchased. Always winterized as necessary. Trailer is NOT road worthy.Items located in Bryan, Texas
