Since 1989, the boat has rarely been used with usage estimated at less than 300 hours. The boat's hull, interior and trailer are all in very good condition.Notice: This boat is a rare find and the condition is par-excellent! If you're truly interested in this type of boat you don't want to miss this one!Additional Info to help with the decision making:The boat is 20' 10" long. In addition to Saguaro Lake in Arizona, the boat has been on Lake Powell and Lake Mary. Also, the boat has been on the St. Croix River in MN. The interior leather is kept in excellent condition with regular cleaning and conditioning, and the boat has been covered and housed in the garage. The engine has never been rebuilt. Annual maintenance has been performed at the beginning of each boating season.
