FOR SALE 1972 Century Resorter Project Boat (18ft)
THE GOOD
- Solid Hull in good condition, no delamination or water damage/intrusion
- Original Hardware including bow railing, ski ring, swim ladder, lifting rings, bow light, on-dash mirror, and cleats. We have a box of additional hardware including bow scoop/vent, step pads and brackets, etc.
- Original Century Gauges and Controls (Steering is free moving)
- Windshield Bracket and front windscreen in very good condition
- Fuel tank in good condition (no leaks, rust or damage)
- Original propeller and rudder
- Original drive shaft
THE BAD
- Trailer is in working condition, just was pulled 150 miles with no issues, bearings/hubs appear to be in good condition (not hot to the touch). New (used) tire mounted. No working lights. No jack stand
- Side windshields show crazing
- Some visible rot in stringers, looks like a fairly easy repair
THE UGLY
- Seats and upholstery shot
- Floor boards rotten / missing
- Unknown engine / unknown condition
- Engine mounts more than likely need to be replaced
For the right person with the right space and time, this is a fairly easy restoration project boat. These boats fixed up can sell for $10,000 to $15,000.
