1955 Century Resorter 16 is in very good overall condition. It's a nice looking classic motorboat that you can enjoy--you won't win contests with it but you'll have plenty of fun and get LOTS of approving remarks! Engine runs and starts fairly easily for 6-volt system; New battery, sparkplugs, points & condensor; Boat was restored by previous owner around 1996; upholstery is in good, servieable condition with some blemishes consistent with boat's age; varnish re-coated each season (two coats) some cracks in deck caulking but no deck leaks; some seepage from shaftlog and intermitent from one spot on forward starboard hull; prop sometimes spins lightly when in neutral, but does not move the boat much
