Perfect for a family that would like a boat for fun on the weekends at an affordable price. I bought this boat in May 2016 and the family has not used it as often as I had hoped. Was only on the water once last year and zero times this year. Would like to see this get to someone who can use and enjoy it more regularly. This is a good looking boat for its age and the teak wood trim gets plenty of compliments!
Description: 1988 Celebrity Bowrider 190V powered by a 5.OL V8 I/O Mercruiser Alpha I motor. This is a 19ft boat that seats 7 people, has plenty of storage, and a stereo system that includes Pioneer deck, amplifiers, and plenty of speakers including subwoofers. Blowers and bilge pump in working condition. Unsure of total engine hours (Since purchasing in May 2016, we have put fewer than 30 hours on it). Starts every time (occasionally takes a couple of cranks to get things flowing) and has been regularly service and maintained by Performance Marine and Power Sports. The boat is paired with a 1999 ShoreLandr trailer equipped with a 2 coupler and 4-pin connector. Trailer is sold on bill of sale with a statement of facts as I have the registration, but cannot find the title at this time. Sale includes tubes, kneeboards, lifejackets, and other miscellaneous items.
The item is located in Adel, Iowa. Please call me with questions at 515-822-165five.

Notes
The boat is mechanically and structurally sound to the best of my knowledge. The boat is 30+ years old and the bow was rebuilt prior to my purchase. There does appear to be a patch on the port side hull that pre-dates my ownership, however, Ive not had any concerns and the repair seems very solid. No soft spots in floors and I had the boat proactively leak checked in 2017. There are some optional updates/repairs - most of which are cosmetic in nature - that could be made if the owner sees fit. I simply didnt have an interest or the time do these updates myself.
Front bow will need carpet installed and additional waterproofing if desired. Had intended to finish this out but dont have time. There are no soft spots.
Vinyl is aging and showing signs of wear. Ive cleaned it regularly but still unable to remove some spots. Some seat cushions may require repair within next couple of years.
Bimini cover one of the connection poles has a broken clip on the end. Still can be put up as the pressure keeps the pole in place. Never had issues. Cover will need a good cleaning.
Storage cubby in the floor needs carpet glued back in if desired. (I kept it unglued so I could remove and air dry it after each outing.)
Glovebox could be more securely set in place. As of now it is wedged tightly into its cubby, but if it is pulled hard enough it can be removed.
Support for rear jump seat needs repair. The seat still sits on it and can support some weight, but replacing would be a safer alternative.
The sound system cuts out when turned up all the way, might be wiring issue. We never had it turned up far enough to have much concern.
Trailer tires are cracked, not sure how much life is left. Passenger side rim is missing the centerpiece.
Hull has a couple of chips/scratches from when I bought it. Leak tested in 2017 for reassurance and there were no issues. More of a cosmetic thing at this point.
