We are thesecond owners. The original ownerwas a lady thatlived on it and had it docked in a Marina,and only had 400 hours usage at the time.We have owned it forappox 10years now andtraveledonly 400hrsas well.Soengines have about800hrs. Its veryclean, well kept, we had engines serviced over a year ago, I believe fall of 2013,complete tunu-up and hullcleaned and painted.It has a fly bridge as well.It sleeps 8 comfortably, tons of room everywhere.It hashot/cold water, bathroom has stand up shower, toilet, sink, vanity, mirror, sink.Has windless anchor as well.Queen size Sleeper sofa, Vbirth has a queen size bed with closet, storage cabinets, andaftcabin has two full size beds, dresser with mirror, closet. Microwave, small refrigerator, gas stove, bar compartment and TV. Presently its docked at a Marina. Our kids grew up and now surf and we find ourselves going boating less and less.This summer weonly went out once after the tune up and noticed itdidn't run as fast sowe believe its just a timing/adjustment issue. Engines start right upno problem. We had lots of fun out of Fire Island and stayed 10days at a time,but unfortunately those days are over.

Could use some updating dcor but its a good,solid, roomy boat. Selling at a fair price as is, no returns, and pick up only. We will not ship or deliver. Located in Wantagh, Long Island NY
