Owner for past 15 years. Boat has been well maintained, sleeps 7 very comfortably. queen size bed in aft cabin and forward bunk. kitchen table folds down to sleep 2 and couch folds out to sleep 1 adult or 2 children. Kitchen has full size frig, stove, oven and microwave. Plenty of extra storage. Interior has many recent up-dates. Boat would be perfect for Live Aboard. Engines are well maintained 454's with 900 hours which run like a top. 3 a/c and heat units and also has a generator. forward and aft a/c units have a small leak in Freon system. Carburetor on generator needs to be cleaned. All other systems operate as they should.
