Hull paint touched up every year, engine and generator oil changed every year, marina-winterized and shrunk wrapped at the end of every boating season. With the exception of the stern trim tabs and shower sump pump, the major systems worked prior to winterization.

Description:

Reduced for quick sale - WHOLE lot of boat for the money! 35 feet, twin 7.4 Mercs/Velvet Drives, on board generator, air conditioning, fridge, head, sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Boat is professionally maintained at Frog Hollow Marina, in Watkins Glen, NY.Engines were tuned, plugs, oil, etc. changed in 2017 (boat wasn't used in 2018), newer fish finder/sonar/gps (2017), and the 2019 slip rental is already paid for! This boat has an extremely wide beam, making it very stable on the lake, and can easily manage a 7 person/2 dog day on the water, or even more for the fireworks shows. The cabin fridge/freezer work very well, and the boat canvas can provide as much refuge from/exposure to the sun as you want.The boat is still on dry dock - we are prepping it for the 2019 season now and should have it in the water right after Memorial Day. Why is the boat listed so low? We are almost ready for retirement and we can pull that trigger as soon as the boat is sold.
