My wife and I purchased this boat from familyin 2015, bringing it from Lake Erie to Lake Michigan, where it is currently slipped in Southport Marina - Kenosha, WI. Prior to purchasing, I fished this boat on Lake Erie with my Father for 4 years. The vessel is currently equipped with everything you will need, including glasses, dishes, silverware, linens, bedding, etc. I am including everything on board to the winner of this auction, so you are ready to enjoy the water from day 1. I have (2) shore power cables hooked up, and a brand new extra cableinside. The deck chairs, cooler and table on the deck remain. The vessel has LCD televisions in the galley and master state room. The master state room has a double birth, plenty of counter space, cabinet storage and a closet. Directly off the state room is access to the galley and private access toa fullbathroom, which has a vanity, with storage under, a mirror, with enclosed storage behind, shower, head and wall cabinet. The galley has a 3-burner electric stove, microwave, stainless sink and plenty of cabinet and overhead storage. There are accent lights under the overhead storage and along the cabinet bases. The dinette converts to a double birth and the sofa has pull-out storage. There is a wet bar, with ice machine and glass and liquor bottle storage with accent lighting. The bridge may be accessed from the ladder and overhead access, as well as through steps on both sides of the deck. The bridge is a huge feature on this boat. It is completely enclosed in canvas and eisenglass, with all glass roll-up with securing straps, to create a great open-air space. With a luxurious captains chair, wrap around couch and rear seating, the bridge comfortable sits 7 and has plenty of cup holders, storage (at the walkway in on each side) and a separate stereo. There is storage under the bridge couch and under the dinette. The boat has on-board a/c,heat and a generator. On-board, there are (2) batteries for the boat and (1) for the generator, all are 3 years old and tested good this season. The battery selector switch is located next to the sofa, on the back wall. The shore power inlets were replaced and re-wired into the panel in 2014. The main breaker panel is located at the wet bar, with all breakers, shutoffs and generator switch. There is also a hose bib on the deck. With a wide transom door and swim platform, you will have easy access on and off. This boat also hasfore, mid and aft automatic bilge pumps, wired into the panel and bridge controls.
We have decided to sell our boat due to family changes. We are currently in the process of adopting our first child and simply will not have time to use the boat enough. We would also like to use the proceeds from this sale to fund some of the adoption process. We hate to see her go, but it's for a good cause!
The winning bidder will have the remainder of my slip, C-178, at Southport Marina. The season runs through the end of October, so there is still time to enjoy the marina and our great neighbors.
