1984 Carver Aft Cabin Cruiser in good condition.This yacht has been owned by me for 14 years and has been a great ship. I have taken it to Catalina and the Channel Islands every year since I owned it. In fact I have spent over 300 days on the Islands with this yacht since I owned it. It runs good, salt water pumps were replaced 3 years ago, bottom was repainted 2 years ago, Raymarine radar and gps added 3 years ago, heat exchangers overhauled 5 years ago, new carburetors 3 years ago, new electronic ignitions installed 4 years ago, new belts for the alternator and slat water pumps installed last year, new carpet installed 6 years ago, new AC/DC refrigerator installed 4 years ago, 3 new batteries installed 2 years ago.The TV is not included as my daughter called dibs on it before we decided to sell it and neither is the canoe. The outboard engine on the back is also not for sale with this yacht. Everything works except the hot water, that is because it does not have a hot water heater installed, we have never had it, though it would be easy to install a 5 gallon 110v hot water heater in the engine compartment where the original was installed.This yacht would serve as a GREATlive aboard and has plenty of room for up to 6 people. Bottom cleaned monthly and zincs change bi-montly.Yes, I said LIVE ABOARD, you can live on the water in Los Angeles for a faction of what it would cost to buy or rent a houseThis yacht is sold as is and is located in San Pedro, California.
