Description: 

This boat has been used as a house for the past year. It is having engine trouble and the last time it ran was one year ago, when it was moved to the Cozy Cove Marina in Dania Beach FL. The original carpet and wallpaper have been removed and the interior has been painted. The boat has two heads, one in the bow and one in the aft cabin. The bow head has a shower. There is a V-birth bed room and an aft cabin with two bunks. The salon is a separate, spacious area. A window AC unit has been installed. The boat AC works but has trouble in the middle of Florida summer.
