It has a full 15 foot beam which gives it enormous living space. The engine room is expansive as well, for easy access andmaintenance. Two Mercruiser 340s that start right up, run and shift as they should. They have very low hours. There is no generator although is is plumbed and wired for one. There is vhf, radar, autopilot, chartplotter and a new in the box 4000 watt 120 volt inverter. The propane stove and oven makes cooking a breeze at anchor or at dock. The exterior does need a good cleaning,, bridge cushions, detailing, teak refinishing and general sprucing up. All of which is the norm on a boat of this vintage. All of the windows and ports have newly made insulated interior covers for privacy and heat / AC economy .The stainless railings do not have any pitting and the boat never had any damage.. The hull is blister free and the decks are very solid without any leaks or delamination.. The interior has been tastfully updated including Corian countertops in the galley and salon, there areall new GE applianaces including a full sized stainless steel fridge, stove and microwave. There are two new reverse cycle air conditioners.. Both heads have stall showers and ceramic tiles. The boat will come fully equipped with all linens, TVs and a complete galley setup.
