The boat was hauled to re-power her with new 454 big blocks. The bottom will need re-refreshing. The entire boat needs a good cleaning and cosmetic TLC. She is not in bad shape and would make a great live-aboard.The boat is a project boat and will need someone with general repair skills.All the electrical systems, including Windless are in place but can not be tested as there is no power.The new rebuilt 454's are in the boat, but the install has not been completed.I have just run out of time and can not finish her. She will be a great cruiser with the twin 454's.All electronics were in working order when hauled. The fridge is a Norcold and it is new.The electric toilet is new but needs installing.The marine A/C units are untested, but reported that one of the two units may need repair.The potable water pump may need replacing.The entire water and electrical systems of the boat should be gone through.The Velvet drives are present, however one of them may need rebuilding, or replacement.Finish her up and you will have a 40k boat easy.
