Carver Boats 36

For sale is a 36 ft Carver aft cabin cruiser .She has been used as a liveaboard for the last 2 years of which myself and my 2 teenage daughters lived aboard while we were working on our new boat .The reason there is a bed in the salon instead of a sofa is that they used to alternate who would sleep up front as they originally both slept up forward in the V berth area but I guess decided they wanted some space from each other so I removed the sofa and purchased what I consider to be a day bed which worked great .The boat overall was very comfortable , aft cabin has a nice walk around queen bed , separate ensuite with a bath tub and shower which work .Up forward is a V berth which can sleep 2 one on each side , there is also another head / toilet up forward as well as a sink / basin .The galley / kitchen is great , it has a working stove , refrigerator / freezer which is a marine Norcold unit that can operate on 110V as well as 12V .She is powered by 2 x Chevrolet 454s both have and were run around 5 years ago , both engines do turn over , I have made no attempt to start them and I think at a bare minimum you should expect to have the carburetors rebuilt and drain and replace the fuel in the tanks although I do think they are almost empty so there should not be much to drain .There is a Westerbeke generator 10KW which is a lot newer than the boat also again I would want to service it before running it , I know we last ran that 2 years ago when although I ran it off an auxiliary tank as I did not trust the fuel in the tanks .We are selling her with a clear Maryland title in hand .There are numerous marinas in the area to choose from the boat is currently in Eastport near down town Annapolis although we are contemplating moving it to Sparrows Point before the end of the month .Please feel free to e-mail with any questions .Thanks Matt
