Helm seat are in good shape.Interior carpet is in OK shape but stained. Maybe it can be steamed cleaned. Interior dinette cushions need recovering. Forward vee has nice cushions but are water stained from hatch, maybe they can be cleaned.You can use this boat while cleaning it up. In nice condition this boat could list for over 60k.
