I'm selling my boat because I'm buying a different one. I've used her as a live aboard for over 4 years now with no major issues. I have the original owners manual. It has twin mercruiser gas engines (260 hp each) supposedly reworked in 2012 no paperwork though. They run GOOD.

Everything works as far as I know, except, back toilet doesn't work, external horns need replacing. NEW BATTERIES (8/14/19) i have videos of the engines running that i can send you. She is a GREAT boat especially for her age.

Has been (and still is) a GREAT home to me and my 2 boys (and occasionally other relatives). Has 3 burner stove with oven, shower with hot water heater, new zincs, bottom job 2017, bottom cleaned regularly, dual A/C units, 47" smart tv, dual helms, microwave and refrigerator, sleeps 6, and more. Boat will have to be moved from current location.

Boat is for sale locally as well so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
