Carver Boats 300 Aft Cabin

1994 CARVER 300 AFT CABIN POWER BOAT. This unique 30' boat lives much larger than it's measurements. It is the perfect one bedroom floating condo at a fraction of the price you'd pay for waterfront property. Why be waterfront when you can be ON the water?! Research the 1993 and 1994 Carver 300 aft cabins on the internet and you'll find rave reviews for their design and style. I lived on this boat, for the past year it has been my residence, but the long walk to and from the parking lot is hard onan old lady.

• New hot water heater is aboard but not installed. The old water heater works fine but has a slow leak. I meant to get the new one installed but never got around to it and was able to live with the old one just fine.

What's wrong with this boat? The trim tab on the port engine needs adjustment. The captain's seat in the fly bridge can be used but is in need of replacement. The aft windows leaked, have been reset, resealed and fixed, but the leaking left damage on the wall covering. The front deck hatch over the settee (dining table) has a drip leak in heavy rain. It can be resealed or a canvas hatch cover can be installed. It has left a stain on the seat cushion. There are 2 HVAC units in the boat. The lower unit in the galley/settee area does not work. I never needed it in the year I lived there. This may sound like a lot that is wrong with this boat, but it is actually in great condition for its age. The price leaves a ton of room for someone to do whatever work they want and still get a nice boat at a bargain price.Other Carver 300 aft cabin boats of this era sold for $24,000 to $34,000 in the past year. I'm starting my price at $15,000 and will sell it for that if it is the only bid. I have already purchased a house, moved, and am desperate to get rid of this boat.
