-Twin gas 454 engines, 7.5KW gas Kohler marine generator,all serviced every winter and running at full capacity. Raw water impellers newas of 2024 for all three. Carbs and distributors rebuilt as of 2022.

-Two 200 gallon aluminum fuel tanks with sending units forgauges in great condition.

-Bottom job completed in 2022 along with new shaft packing

-Galley has refrigerator/freezer, replaced in 2021, sinkwith new faucet, new GE microwave, cooktop and oven.

-150 gallon freshwater bladder with water pressurizer andshore water inlet

-Forward and AFT heads are electric with a separate enclosedshower and vanity with sink. All new faucets and shower heads have beenreplaced in 2022 with new ones.

-Aft cabin has queen island bed with storage underneath,lots of closet storage, vanity with mirror, drawer storage.

-3 marine air/heat units, AFT unit replaced in 2021, forwardunit rebuilt and recharged in 2021, Salon unit was rebuilt and recharged in 2024.Included is a temporary AC unit for the main salon.

-Freshwater boat that is kept in a covered slip, located onLake Texoma.
