Carver 3207 Aft-cabin 3berths 2 Bath Live-aboard Yacht

1983 carver 3207 aft-cabin 3berths 2 bath live-aboard yacht. I bought the boat from a dealer 2months ago and spent over $3000 in repairs. I ran both engines. The stock quadrajets should probably be rebuilt but the engines ran great. The hr meter shows 705 hrs. Both engines have new mallory unilite distributors and hi- energy coils and wires. The transmissions both shift smoothly and there are morse controls at the lower helm and the flybridge with new cables. The steering has been upgraded to hydraulic at both helms to facilitate an autopilot system ( not included). There are 3 fresh water tanks that total 100 gallons and all the bilge, water, and drain pumps have been repaired or replaced. The hot water heater was upgraded to a larger lowboy style. The boat is also equiped with a halon fire system and fire extinguishers in both cabins. The boat is powered by a 6.5k onan genset. The fuel tanks were cleaned and resealed and a new fuel filter system installed. I left a good battery onboard to run the lights. The boat has a softspot on the bow where an anchor holder was and the dive deck is cracked. The cooling system needs repaired on the port engine. The 4" elbows are en classifieds board for $99 each and they are simple to install. The slip is in Maryland and its paid until Feb1. The new owner can keep it there longer for a fee. Has a great galley. The aft cabin has two seperate beds and a private head. I just spent a month aboard her and shes a great liveaboard. Marine radios on the flybridge with dual antennas and the factory stereo has speakers in the main salon and the flybridge too. Easy access to Chesapeake bay too
