This boat is in good running and operating condition and is a great fishing boat that has been used for Lake Michigan and Green Bay fishing.It has an inboard/outboard motor. It says it sleeps 5 people but it only has slept 4 comfortably. Two more people could sleep on the back deck on a cot if desired. Then 6 people could fit comfortably. The back deck has a full canvas cover which makes it like a tent when set up. The boat comes with all fishing rigs, lures and down riggers that are in photos right now.It is fully equipped and ready to fish right now. The only part of the boat that is not in working order is the transom lift and loudspeaker.Those two things have never been an inconvenience to us so we never changed that situation.Everything else on the boat is in working order including both sinks, shower, hot water heater, toilet, AM/FM stereo, CB radios, 1 burner kerosene stove and microwave. It is a three-level boat and can be fully operated from lower and upper levels. The only reason we are selling it is because we bought it four years ago to have a seaworthy boat to fish from while we worked on our first yacht which is 28'. Ever since we bought this one we have spent no time at all on our first project while having fun with this one. We realized that while we have the Campion available, we may never get to the 28' cruiser. We are asking much less than we paid four years ago. Any cosmetic defects can be seen in the attached photos.Boat is stored indoor in my temperature controlled building all year and is only taken out when used.I towed it from Racine,WI to Sister Bay with my Suburban when we purchased it.
