1985 Burns Craft 40 ft , aft cabin cruiser with a Clear FL title in hand.

This is the solid fiberglass glass haul, Spacious Interior, Fly Bridge helm /cockpit, covered aft deck area with plenty of room.

The boat layout: Two suites, master and guess w/closet and draw storage

This is a project boat and NEEDS RESTORATION and is being sold AS-IS.

- fiberglass haul repair - full paint job - engine work - interior wood work - electrical work - propeller work

- steering work

- diesel generator was not able to get it started.

- 3 air conditioners needs work

- batteries

- battery charger / converter

- canvas

-2 heads with Lectra/San treatment needs work.

Mechanical:

- twin 3208 Cat diesel engines.

- engines run fine, but the port engine need a shut-off solenoid switch

- there has been a diesel leak from the starboard fuel tank, so the bilge is not clean

- Straight shafts and transmissions

- 3 bilge pumps

- dual 30amp service panel - will include one shore cable

- trim tabs

- (2) fuel tanks

- 80 gal fresh water tank
