My wife and I recently installed a pool and we have another boat so this one is rarely used and we have decided to list it for sale here. All furniture and dcor stays with the exception of the orange chair and a couple of mermaid pictures that she wants.
In excellent condition and has been completely remodeled in the last couple of years. This is a nicely remodeled 1972 BurnsCraft with 2- Chrysler 318 V8s. This boat has been as far south as Louisville, KY and half way to Pittsburgh since we have owned in the last six years. Has a beautiful leather pull out queen sofa in rear and 2 twin beds underneath as well as a twin pull out loveseat up top to sleep 5 easily and more if needed. As you can see it lives at our 52' floating dock on the Ohio River. Boat is "pirate" themed and great detail and love has gone into this nice houseboat. It can be seen in person by the island in Gallipolis, Ohio. Feel free to contact me via text, or phone to view at phone. I do reserve the right to sell it locally.
Some features:
Twin 90 gallon fuel tanks
Starts at the flick of the key due to carb rebuilds last year
*Note that this Burnscraft has ALUMINUM catwalks that will NEVER have soft spots like most boats tend to get. This was a huge decision in purchasing for me.*
All new seating up top in Orange/white (Cost $2,000)
New canvas bimini top with cover on the flybridge (cost $2,000)
Boat had a full haul out and bottom completely refinished in Fall 2015
New carpeting on lower deck in 2017
Full custom sound system with 2 large amplifiers, extra batteries subwoofers both inside and out with switches to shut everything on and off or play only inside outside individually
New hot water tank
Generator runs fine and is included
Boat has air-conditioning that works!
Full-size fridge and stove both work as they should.
Tinted windows all the way around
Pool slide refinished on the rear with water pump included.
All maintenance done regularly including filters, pumps etc.
I manage a Dodge dealership in Gallipolis, Ohio and have spared no expense in keeping the boat up and running. that being said it is an older boat and that will include all the charm and needs that an old boat takes. included are numerous lifejackets, Ropes, buoys, etc etc that are needed. I have included a few pics that I took before the remodel so that you can see the level of work we have done to bring this nice old boat back to life. I will work with the buyer to arrange pickup and will require a deposit of $500.00 within 48 hours after the auction.
I do not need help selling it and please be serious and we are serious sellers. Please have financing pre-arranged as older houseboats are often not as easy to do as newer boats. This boat is registered with the US Coast Guard as a vessel. We simply haven't had time to use it much this season or last year and hate to see it sit.
Feel free to contact me at phone or message on classifieds board.
