We've replaced most of the wood seats and consoles. Added stainless/chrome safety rails. Motor starts and runs, but some days hits on all cylinders and hits 32mph, other days 24mph as pictured.

Description:

We've skied behind this boat for 10 years and recently replaced the engine. Repowered with a 2002 Merc 20inch shaft with tilt and trim. Something not quite right with engine - some days doesn't fire on all three cylinders. We don't have a tow vehicle and there isn't a competent outboard tech nearby, and none of the people that share the cabin want to or can haul the boat to Massachusetts to have the engine looked at. Plus, we're getting chubbier and wanted a bigger engine. Bought a bayliner with a 90hp motor. So the whaler has to go. Can be viewed in water in zip code 05363.
