The motor is the original dealer installed 90 H.P. 1984 Johnson 2 stroke with low engine hours. Based on information provided by the previous 2 owners plus the addition of hours I put on the engine I estimate the hours of use to be between 600 and 650 hours. The engine has been regularly serviced since new by 2 different Johnson Evinrude dealerships. The 90 H.P. engine will put the boat up on a plane in less than 10 seconds and when throttled back will keep the boat comfortably on a plane at about 18 mph. The boat has a top speed of approximately 40 mph. The single lever control incorporates a thumb rocker switch to activate the power tilt mechanism. This package is by far the most popular boat/motor combination for the Montauk model; 90 H.P. is the maximum H.P. Boston Whaler recommend for this model.Cosmetically the motor's lower unit could use a fresh coat of paint. With continued regualr service and good care the boat and motor have years of service left before any major refitting would be required. The trailer is, for all purposes, brand new. It was purchased new last year and set up for the Montauk hull by the dealer. It has been driven less than 10 miles and never immersed in either salt or fresh water. It has seen only seasonal use for boat storage. It has correct/required trailer lighting and is a galvanized model with 15" wheels/tires and includes an adjustable jack wheel, and bearing buddies on wheel hubs. The trailer weight is 600 lbs. and it's carrying capacity exceed the weight of the combined boat and motor. My tow vehicle is a Honda 4 cylinder CRV and it tows the package beautifully at highway speeds. The full package is currently insured by Boat US / Geico for $10,000.00The price of $7,900.00 is firm and not negotiable. The boat is in dry storage at Sebastian Inlet Marina, just over the Sebastian River bridge in the town of Micco. Storage is paid through April 30 and the rack spot is transferable should the buyer want to take it over. The monthly charge of $326. includes unlimited in and out with 1 hour notice required, gas tank top-off when the boat returns to the marina for hauling. Also included is a full washdown and fresh water engine flush. It is required that boat owners have liability insurance that names the marina as a co-insured.The boat will remain for sale until April 30th at which date it will be removed from the market, and moved to the storage area at my gated community. This is a great boat at a great price; come and have a look at it, I think you will be impressed.Ooops, I almost forgot, there is a new CD player with waterproof speakers that is included but it's installation (wiring hookup) needs to be completed.

Where can I pickup the boat and trailer
Who do I make the dollar payment to
Is this boat still available? If so why? A dollar seems pretty reasonable to me! Why is the motor referred to as a Johnson when it is clearly an Evinrude? (I know they were owned by Johnson) email me to arrange pickup! (***)
Can I offer AU 0.50c... US$1 seems a bit steep to me! Maybe chip in free shipping to Aussie??? :-)
Hi Love yr boat & would like to buy but I have a few challenges the biggest being I am in Canada in the West Coast of Vancouver Island, BC and my husband who has been looking for a Boston Whaler that he likes for a year & yours is the one BUT he is having a major surgery on Oct 13 & will be in hospf for 8-10 days & not able to do anything for 6 weeks-8weeks so it would be after Christmas before we could get toFlorida. I am going to try & find out the cost of shipping by someone that moves boats for a living to see whether that would be an option. Will be in touch. Thanks Linda
