Boston Whaler Mischief

This is a very rare 1991 Boston Whaler Mischief. Sources say these were made 24 in white, 72 in tan, and 139 in red for a total of 235. The bottom of the boat is is the same as the 15 foot sport hull.

This boat is in very nice condition for the year with some normal wear, nothing major. The most noticable wear is the back side on the drivers side which needs a new piece of rub rail, maybe an 8 inch piece. Other than that, 2 very small touch-ups. The seats are in nice condition with no rips but show discoloration from age and sun. I tried to add as many pics as possible to show true condition of the boat.

The boat is powered by a 70HP Yamaha TLRQ Serial number 479823 Code 6H3. This boat flies and has a top speed of 48 MPH. The carbs were all just redone. Compression is 125 PSI in each cylinder.

This jumps easily out of the water, planes wonderfully like all Whaler sport hulls and really moves along nicely.

As you know, this boat is a 1991 which makes it 25 years so the gelcoat is lightly oxidized and looks a little blotchy in some places. The boat was just buffered out and waxed. Overall, it looks pretty sharp and is a real head turner. Trailer is decent, nothing special and is in good use condition. It does tow nice and easy with no issues.

Lastly, Do NOT buy this boat if you don't like to turn heads or answer questions from curious boaters. It's a conversation starter! It's great fun to watch people slow down on the highway to get a look and then slow down again to make sure they read "Boston Whaler" on the side correctly. I can almost promise you will be the only one on your lake or in the harbor to own one of these boats.
