Boston Whaler Alert 15

Please let pictures speak for themselves. This boat is in very good shape, and has never been abused. Was formerly owned by Michigan fish and game. There is no stress cracks at all. Power trim and tilt works, but will not go down at engine (Switch ?) The trailer has boat sitting on bunks, and rollers have been overridden. Boat cleaned up well, and I was truly surprised at condition. I think titles will be in before auction end, but may be a few days after. The boat and trailer is 2005, motor is 2004. Motor runs great. The tachometer does not work. Never has been hooked up. There is resin on front, but I don't under stand why, no cracks? I have shown this in pictures. I will answer all questions.
