Boston Whaler

Selling my 1986 Boston Whaler Montauk 17 foot. It has a 2007 Yamaha 70 horsepower outboard, 2 stroke. Very very low hours, motor is like new. I would think it is under powered with only a 70 horse two stroke, but it gets up and goes just great! The motor is extremely clean. I purchased this boat a few months ago from an older gentleman who just did not use it. He kept the trailer in his garage and the boat on a lift behind his house.The boat is in original condition. Has old bottom paint and wood could be re finished. Has original seats in decent condition. Forward cooler bench seat. New battery. It has original Boston Whaler stern light and side mounts (extremely rare, I have never seen them before, mounts stern light to railing while not in use). Newer style "no feedback" steering system installed. Wiring under console is nice and neat. Comes with trailer, in good condition but needs re wiring. I have clean title for the boat and a transferable registration for the trailer both in my name. Boat has new bimini top and new console/seat cover. I have used the boat a handful of times and it performs flawlessly. Use it as is or re finish it. I would love to keep it, believe me, Montauk's are sweet. This is my first one, but need to sell to buy a work truck. Comes with one key, one danforth anchor, one nice new red 5gal gas tank, and one older faded red 5gal gas tank.
