This says brand new cushions throughout stainless steel bow rail and brand new live oil in Bimini top. This also has all of the other standard boat operating equipment. Comes with a matching trailer and 60 hp Mercury Bigfoot outboard. There were 3 to 4 small scratches in the gelcoat. New gelcoat was placed in the scratches but was not professionally sanded but is very water worthy no issues there
