Possibly the best purchase I ever made. I bought this restored 13ft 1975 Boston Whaler in September 2016 for $6,000 after moving to the Annapolis, MD area. For the past 18 months, this boat has elevated my status within the family to "Super Dad." Since owning it, I had all the additional work done by the gentlemen who restored it and also owns a well known yacht services company in the area. It runs like a charm with the 1997 25hp 2 stroke Tracker outboard motor that has propelled me through the water at 26 mph. When I bought it, it had 30 hours on it. I have only put another 40 hours since owning it. It is turn key ready.Since owning it, I have done the following:Bimini Top - $1,600 with installationGarmin EchoMap CHIRP - $950 with installationTrailer Fenders and Maintenance - $300Winterizing and Dewinterizing - $500Bottom Paint has another season in it.This boat exceeded all my expectations. It allowed me to reminisce of my time in the water growing up while introducing my family, especially my son, to boating - all the while getting thumbs up from fellow boaters, both young and old, along the Servern River and in Ego Alley at Annapolis. The deep mahagony wood, white cushions, with the maroon bimini top is a nostalgic combination that transcends time. This is an excellent boat that will not disappoint.Unfortunately, the military is moving my family and I overseas next Spring and I can't bring a boat. While prepping it for the winter, I decided to take a few photos to try to sell it early in lieu of worrying about selling it right before our move.Feel free to have it inspected and or call the previous owner/restorer. Can even take it for a test ride if before 26 NOV. Email me any questions you may have. Please no low ballers. $500 deposit due within 48 hours of auction ending. Good luck bidding.
